SoCal: 05 Access Cab TRD offRoad with ToyTec lift and New 2014 interior

I bought this truck from the original owner 6 months ago. The owner worked for Toyota of Glendale and got all maintenance done there. It was pretty much free for him, so why not right?!

The truck has a lot of miles. Something I took into consideration before buying the truck a few months back. But the shape of everything makes it un believeable. This thing is great, paint and body are in great shape, no accidents on the truck, not even a fender bender.

Reason for Selling:

I just took a new job that allows me to work from home. We no longer need to be a two car family and would rather use the money to pay off student Loans. I was not planning to sell, hence all the work I did, but we just don't need the truck at this point.

After have the truck for three weeks, and driving great, I took it to San Diego.
On the way down the truck all of the sudden started to overheat. Before boiling over I had AAA come and take it to a Toyota Specialized Mechanic near-by. Before buying the truck I had Toyota of Orange inspect the Vehicle, passed smog, and was given a clean bill of health by toyota of Orange.

Now three weeks later in San Diego, the mechanic could not find anything wrong with the it. He kept the truck running for over an hour and drove it without any issue. the Truck ran great, but the Heater was not working when I was having the original issue, so I told him to keep digging... The truck Ended up having a Cracked head. Instead of going with a "newer" engine, I had them fix it since we already had it down to the heads. Why not make it better than a "newer engine" right??

So I had the cracked Head replaced, both heads machined, new head and valve cover gaskets, new water Pump, new belts, cleaned valves, new spark plugs, and thermostat.
The mechanic gave me a 2 year Warranty and said this truck should last long enough for me to give to my kids when they are old enough to drive!

Since then I have done some things to the truck to modernize it:

-New 2014 Tacoma Sr5 seats. The passenger seat is the one that flips forward flat!! The 05 seats I had were old and torn.

-Pioneer AppRadio Three- This will allow for you to use bluetooth for calls and wireless music. No AUX cable needed!!

-Tailgate reverse Camera installed

This is much easier to do with any other phone except for Samsung Galaxy devices, which is why in the video it seems a bit complicated.

-Everything now is in great shape! Please feel free to take to a local mechanic or dealership for inspection. You will not find a cleaner 05! I have had more than one person on this forum say so when picking up parts.
