His springs give you arch that even brand new tab springs do not. They stiffen up.the Rear a little as well to cushion smacking your Rear when hitting whoops at 50

Haha, what I meant about being "sorry" is the fact that for at least since 1995.5 (first year Tacoma, sold as an 1996 IIRC) For as good as the tacomas are , Toyota has really been sticking it to the public with their poor excuse for rear springs, hence the reason for the spring TSB that has followed one production year after another & 2012 being no different apparently.

I'm a pretty old school wheeler (since at least 1976) there were no IFS 4x's, everything was solid axle, hell for that matter there were no offroad shops to speak of & aftermarket products were usually whatever we came up with, some MODS worked, some MODS didn't...but the one that almost always without fail worked out was the adding/subtracting of leaf springs in many shapes /thicknesses etc;. So fast forward to about 2 years ago a light bulb went off in my head because I was sick & tired of my truck bottoming out on speed bumps my hyundai or my saturn could handle with ease, so I put 2 Ford springs per side, & the rest is current history, this MOD has worked out so well for the Tacomas I've done that I'll tell anyone who'll listen to at least try this before plunking down the huge $$$$$$$$
for name brand springs, so far I've heard nothing but good from those I've personally done & from other members in other states that have done this MOD..

It is important to say that this whole spring MOD thing was created just for that, I had no intention of trying to make money off of it, i was just so happy with results that i had to share, but interested parties contacted me not about the specs on making cuts, what springs to look for, etc; They just wanted me to give them a price on the rebuilds with installation
so you know, i didn;t want to dissapoint the public and thats where we are now...:)

Very cool, I made it through about 10 pages of the sig thread...up to the point where your pants caught on fire..lol..seems like a great idea.

I never saw an answer to the shackle hanger problem, do you need to relocate/replace them?

Haha, yeah amazing how all those little sparks pile up & light you up like a roman candle..

    To address your question...

There is absolutely NO relocating of any hanger, shackle, frame cuts or any other alteration of major frame/chassis.. The only thing Toyota when I complete a build is the main leaf, everything underneath the main is a much higher quality, heavier duty spring made with American steel & trust me there is a HUGE difference in the steel they "throw" at us for a fix & the steel I hand pick from our local automotive repositories..;)
