Nice, to avoid what happen to Kit's truck at glamis?

So to solid mount lowers I just need to get my uppers converted to Heims first and I can have sick nick do the rest? Because IIRC for engage there's a kit they sell to convert, not sure if camburg requires some kit as well.

I'll see how yours turns out Will!

My lower urethane bushings were shot. My LCA was shifting front and back while driving. Having no crush sleeve didn't help either. -__-

I did the solid mount on top of my TC cam gussets. It's similar to what Nick did but not as robust. Still better than stock, but it wasn't a full replacement like what Arron has.

Engage arms are already upper heims, so no need to convert. Are your camburg upper arms heimed or bushing?

Yeah I knew that but, I meant a converter kit for some part of the LCA. Maybe I'm just remembering something completely wrong haha but yeah mine are still bushings

for the lower, you dont change the LCAs at all, you are modifying the LCA mounts, so you have two choices:

    1) Weld washers: you weld them on the LCA mounts over the existing holes for the alignment cam bolt, so it is a perfect fit for the LCA bolt.

    2) Weld a plate over the LCA tab and drill a hole that is only big enough for the LCA bolts.

Engage sells a kit to solid mount your LCA. It swaps your urethane bushings and stock bolts for Delrin and bigger bolts. That's what I just had done.

    all you need is:

    - 1.75" OD, 1" ID delrin bushings
    - 1" OD, .75" ID Chromoly sleeves
    - .75" Grade 8 or higher bolts

i will agree with that. Metal costs change and I had more work done so my invoice has more than just the roof rack on it.

so instead of wiring up my new 30" i rewired my whole aux lighting... and its not done yet. soon...
