Thank you. I wish their website would say something about shipping. Even when you are buying it, it tells you nothing. I am not worried about wind drag, keeping stuff dry is the most important thing which is why I am looking at the Soft Topper and not the Bestop. Another reason I don't want windows. I think I am going for it tonight. In California and we are still having winter when we are usually sun bathing, so my 2 camping trips just weeks away could be wet. Nothing worse than having all your gear wet in the bed of your truck and a hard shell is just too much $ for me right now.

There are some bestop options avaialble on Amazon prime (free 2-day shipping), can't find the softtopper on there yet.

The leaks in either are probably similar since they're very similarly constructed. The only water leaks I've had with my Bestop have been a little bit getting through the upper corners of the windows at a coin-op car wash, and even then it was a less than an ounce of water in total that go through. I did have dust get into the bed last summer in Moab, but so did a number of guys running hard tops, the dust out there is super-fine and it's everywhere.

incorrect. the ribs on the sides and small clips flapping above are minor, or non-existent. saying 'a lot of extra drag' is
completely false. it's same drag, or only a tiny bit more than hardshell. that b fact.

a softopper weighs 35 lbs vs most caps weighing 200 plus, is the ace in the hole.
not carrying 165 lbs of cap weight around everywhere...you get better mpg despite any extra drag
