Sold my 01 Double Cab

Well I sold my 2001 Tacoma on friday. I near about cried when I had to walk away from it. I hope my new one treats me as good as the old one did. Here are my final pictures of her....

 

I think you will be happy with the new one, but it does hurt to part with such a faithful vehicle.

 

That was a sweet ride. Did you trade it in??? I just bought a 98 xtra cab. First tacoma for me. Now Im looking for a 02 for my 10 year old. Think it will be cool to give him a tacoma for his 16th birthday. He and his truck will share the same born on year. How cool is that?

 

No I sold it to an individual. Would of got like 3000 less had I traded it in. That would be preety neat for your son. Hope you can find one with decent miles to keep anouther six years.

My daughter told me she wanted a truck for her sweet 16. She got a 97 Tacoma. Same born on year.

 

If you don't mind me asking... How much did you let it go for and was it 4wd?
I miss my 02 double cab 4x4 so much. It was an all around perfect truck one could have.

That was a great looking truck OP.

 

It was 2 wheel drive, 160,800 miles. Was asking 11,000 got 10,200. Took me a few weeks but it sold. Had a couple offers for 10k but I was trying to see how much I could get out of it. Paid 16k for it in June of 06 with 46,000 miles on it. I'd say I got my money's worth out of that truck!
