Well, I finally got an offer I couldn't refuse and sold my truck. I paid $21,500 for it April 20, 2009 with 54,000 miles on it and sold it just now for $23,826.74 with 74,000. It's a sad day but With my son being born and needing to cut back on expenses for my family, it just had to happen. I wouldn't have sold it at a loss but I'm happy with what I got. Besides, the last "major" offroading it's seen was on my honeymoon almost a year ago. The Tonneau Cover, TRD Seat covers and a few other things will be finding a new home on Dustin81's truck soon :)

Sorry to hear but glad you made the right choice for the family. Your truck was definitely my favorite.

Good job on doing what you have to do. That's a tough call to make.

haha thanks guys, sorry I never got to go on a trail run with any of you guys. Well, at least not in Utah hehe. I've got plenty of years ahead of me to get a great truck again, but I've only got one shot at this family thing :) Yes I did tell him about TW and left a TW sticker in the glovebox, but he doesn't seem the type... :/ No minivans in my future but I've gotta find something cheap with 4 doors so i can fit a car seat, I'm looking at a 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport quad cab, it's blue so hey thats a good thing for me :)

How the heck did you sell it for $23,826.74?

I mean, how did that haggling go--he offered $23,826, you countered with 23,827.50, he came up, you came down...?

I sold a car recently. I think the haggling was in units of $50.

With all those mods someone got a deal wow!

Priorities in life change in a moments notice. Sounds like you made a good decision.

I would not consider any of the big three auto makers for replacement. JMHO.
