Seems like a stupid idea. Let's see, I'm going to assume your tacoma is about paid off. That means you could supercharge it and most likely not have a problem with it. Based on my research I have not heard of many tacoma shaving issues after the supercharger is put in. That basically means your going to spend upwards of 30,000 to have a warranty. Then probably start modding out the new truck.

It's your truck and your money but I'm going to ask. So when the new trucks warranty runs out are you going to sell it because your running a supercharger and your afraid it is going to wreck.

I can't figure out why Canadians did so much better through the recession than Americans then I read posts like this.

I'm spending $30k on a new truck, not a warranty. I decided since I have the extra money I wanted to put a supercharger on it. Having a warranty is just piece of mind. Since I will be returning my current truck back to stock I wont have to do much of any mods since I'll still have most of the stuff. But hey I'm just a stupid american. Thanks you for your opinion though.:oldglory:

Good thinking on returning to stock and transferring over to new vehicle. The challenge with any Mod's is you never get that $ back unless you're willing to part out. Given that your truck is only 4 years old, dealer will give you better than avg trade in and you just saved $10 in Mod's to the new truck. Post up once you build up the new rig.
