*edit* Ok so paid $188.00 for six states to make me a one piece drive shaft and.........VIBES GONE!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS! So I was wondering is there any negatives to havin solid drive shaft? tried searching but didnt really find much. The new drive shaft is pretty beefy, Now this may all be in my head but it almost feels like I lost a little torque. Could this be due to the extra weight of it being a one piece? Anybody else have one and notice this? thanks!

Be careful lifting it with any thing other then a twin post lift or you'll bend the drive shaft on the edge of the lift as it goes up and the rear comes down.

Interested to hear an answer to OP as well. What are the disadvantages to a solid drive shaft on these trucks?
