    Those steel wheels can use any tapered seat lug not (NOT BALL SEAT). The ones you linked to will work.
    You can also use the OEM style MAG lug nuts that have the integrated washer. Toyota designed them with a tapered edge to fit the stock steel spare as well as the alloy wheels. But if you are only ever having steel wheels on there, then just get the conical/tapered ones.

    When I followed your link I noticed that, according to the blurb at the top of the page, those shown do not fit a 1999 Tacoma. When I entered "1998" instead of "1999" the message went away.
    Maybe in 1999.5 Toyota made a change? Might want to double-check before you buy.
