those pics r taken here in SD in the first pic i was like inches from falling down the cliff i think some branch was helping me out and i couldnt back out nor gas it so they pulled me out with straps

yeah right now im focusing on my land in mexico im trying to sell it and buy another land and build a house...right now we have 25x20 meters of land but its on a blv where theres alot of businesses and well its not worth having a house on a busy street plus the house we have there now we rent it out and originally the people who built it did a shitty job on the foundation so basically its going to shit and we dont have money to fix so i wanna sell and flip the money and build Apartments there and then later build a new house u know

 

thats very cool man, where is your land?? in tijuana or something?? are you Mexican? i want to buy some land here in the city to make a house in later years, its not cheap you know....

 

simon its in rosarito liek half hour south of tJ im mexican, my mom got the land when rosarito was barely coming up so the land is bigger than the land being sold now...we dont have the money to fix the house now, so were gonna try to sell it i just paid some guy 250 to do the value of the house and we'll see by then im looking to get 100 or 150 grand...my uncles and dad all do construction so i dont have to pay la mana de obra...u know? haha but i want to flip some of the money and build "locales" and stuff u know...if all turns goes well ill have a house by the next two years land is going for 30 grand right now a lot so hmmm haha def buy some land u live in the states or chihuaha

 

yea but im thinking maybe first build a couple of apartments, to rent, then a house, i got to capitalize first, i dont have that kind of money and i dont want to borrow from the bak, coz they are killerzz LOL

 

yeah like my dad is starting businesses in rosarito and i kinda wanna follow in the foot steps myuncle has 3 apartments he rents out for 300 a month ...the 900 extra a month is like shopping money for him...thats what i want u know...i want to open apartments and build little local shops for rent

 

yep real state is the real business, that's were i would like to focus my architecture career, be my own client and build for me, to sell or rent....

 

yeah my dad bought a lot for 25000...he build an office and a 4 door garage and a shop that he rents out for carpenters and 4 garage he was gonna rent the garages out for like a mechanic but hes just gonna sell wood out of it..good wood for carpenters
