Throw away your empty beer bottles :D

I have developed some sort of rattle in my passenger side door. Looks like I will be pulling the door panel off to figure it out this weekend.

Bed-Buddy motorcycle tie-down bar installed in headwall.
A buddy had the same thing in his brand new Chevy Silverado so he tore the interior completely out of the truck looking for the squeak. Then he discovered it was the clasp on his bib overalls making the noise as he bounced down the dirt roads around his house.

Do you know what they did to the weatherstripping to fix this? Mine is doing it as well and it's driving me crazy.

I don't know what they did but I was just noticing this morning how nice and quite it is in my cab. The tech seemed to know just what it was and just how to fix. I would swing by a dealership and have them take a look.

not to many, love it the way it is
There is an up and down seat belt adjustment mechanism positioned where the seat belt enters the door. moving this seat belt adjustment mechanism up or down will stop rattles in the truck as well, it is located right next to the drivers ear...
