    How dumb I am. 5000lbs of feed and some pretty steep dirt roads leading to my ranch. 2007 4X2 V6. It pulled the hills like a champ but going down the hills was another story. Don't think I will be pulling that kind of weight again.

    Too bad I didnt have my new rims, tires, and my Icons already. I planned to have everything installed before this trip but Icon is on a big back order evidentally.

    Did you put it in Low gear on your way down the hills? Also, does the trailer not have brakes?

    My truck does have the tow package. I was in low going down the hills. My ranch is in Texas.

    With the upcoming lift kit with a All-Pro leaf pack I am thinking about snagging a Firestone RideRite kit for when I tow otherwise its going to be rough and saggy pulling the trailer.
