    we've tried that a few times in the past, but EALA is in kind of a holding phase right now. they arent really hiring and with fewer people and teams, the need for HR personel is lessend.

    Sorry to hear that. I went through that back in March. Fortunately I was able to find a new job by June. Surprisingly it worked out to my advantage I'm making about $15,000 more a year than I was at my last job. It allowed me to buy my taco. The most important thing to do is not to pout about about it...I have seen so many people take it personally and they only hindered themselves from finding a new job because they were sitting at home pissed about it. I was already networking and interviewing for jobs before I even had my last day. I took a month for myself and just relaxed and got stuff done around the house didnt think about work at all. Helps you kinda clear your head and not appear desperate when interviewing for new jobs.
