Sony XAV-AX5000 Vs. Alpine iLX-W650

So my factory head unit in my 15 crapped out and need to figure out a plan for a new one. Toyota wants $480 for a new unit. Cheapest junkyard one I could find locally was $340...

Basically I'm trying to decide if I want to go aftermarket so hopefully I can get help here. Both these radios I'm looking at are priced fairly the same and look to have great reviews. I'm leaning more towards the Alpine but I'm very concerned on how to wire up the backup camera for this. On the back of the unit it looks like the cameras(works with both front and rear) are ran off a plug where the Sony is ran off an RCA cable.

The only video online I could find was this video but he uses an RCA to connect to the radio itself.

Anyone possible have firsthand experience with wiring up the camera to a radio like this?

Any other radio suggestions in this price range are welcome as well.

 

The alpine still uses an RCA, it’s just no built in to the body like the Sony is
