Recently starting having problems with my system! I have the PAC Amp Pro AP4-TY12 and a JL500 amp driving front, rear door speakers and a sub! The right front door speaker has barely any sound coming out, just voice, but faint! The rear door speakers cut out for a second or two as I’m listening!!! This is very annoying to me! All my connections are good. I’m wondering if the issue is with the digital processor or the amp? I did set the gains with a meter so I kind of ruled that out? Thoughts please!!! Thanks

Check the impedance of the speakers. Drowning how everything is wired also make sure your amp can handle the impedance. Also check the wiring just to be sure if that all checks out. If you have an old speaker maybe run that on the channel and see what happens. Maybe sure the amp has a good ground. Also make sure it’s running at the proper voltage. If that’s all good make sure it’s not clipping and going into protect or something. JL is quality stuff so when it’s going into protect you shouldn’t get any sound. So I doubt it’s that but worth the check.

I actually need to find some time to dedicate to this issue! I just started the process! Thanks for the information, I’ll try that!

P.S. I don’t understand why GreyBaldTaco asked why I’m yelling???
