While searching the site I have reached the conclusion that it may be beneficial to have a sticky thread that is strictly devoted to posting upcoming trails and meets. No BS allowed on the thread, just strictly a post that states the following:

    1. Where the meet will take place.
    2. Date that the meet will take place.
    3. A link the Meet/Trail Ride's own devoted thread.

    My Reasons behind this proposal.

    1. Some of us may find it difficult to keep in the loop on what is upcoming due to the immense amount of threads there are to keep up with on here.

    2. Even if you do get to touch each thread, you may miss wheeling information when filtering through the BS.

    3. I feel that it would be more inviting if the site had a place for less active/ new members to be informed of events. A place where anyone can go with minimal effort and find meetup information so they can better become active without spending countless hours browsing on forums.

Please Leave Feedback. If this is or is not a good idea. If we agree on it then I'm sure someone important will see it and make it happen.

Moderators: if this post is inappropriate I apologize and we can remove it immediately.

    Thanks!

Five months later, I'm here to tell you, yes, yes you did!

I wouldn't mind seeing some activity in this thread, TBH. This is the first time I've noticed it.

Who wants to go wheeling somewhere, somewhen?

It’s a dead thread because it’s a bad idea for such a large region. For smaller regions it works great since all meets are reasonably close. But for more spread out regions the best place is within the local BS thread.
