My '08 Taco has 158k miles on it and I'm the second owner. The plugs haven't been changed that I know of. Should I just go ahead and change them, or just check them out and if they look ok, leave them be? I'm not having problems with it, just thinking.

Change them ASAP, V6 models are supposed to have them changed at 30 K, I4 at like 90K or so.

For the little bit they cost, no flippin' way I'd take old ones out and put 'em back in. Do NEW plugs.

Pull the easiest one and check. If bad replace all. Order NGKs or Densos online.

I'll just change them out since it's not expensive to do so. Thanks for the input guys.

    Change them. Sparkplugs are cheap.

My Tacoma also probably needs new spark plugs.
Had my Tac for more then a year now,and have all my services done by the Toyota Dealer here.
Though i have no records at all from the previous owner, which i find sad that I don t know what he s done over the time he had it.
I keep all my paper work of services since day one i bought the Tacoma.
    It has now 103,000 kilometers.
I ll have this done in January.
    regards
    Charly
