Spark Plugs change 3rd gen Tacoma 2.7L 4cyl 2TR-FE

Hello Guys, I have been looking for a guide to change my spark plugs on My Taco.
But I only find videos or guides for V6 motors.
Does anyone have a video or guide I can follow up to make this on my 4Cyl Taco?
I have the Maintenance manual but since there are 11k pages I was not able to find the correct procedure.
