Speaker question...

The speaker looking things we have on our door in our 2010 TRD double cab what are those before I pull the door off!!! Can a tweeter be put in its place or is that what is in there? What is the best speaker for our $$$ on a tight budget.... I have a already aftermarket Pioneer unit that came with the truck hooked up to everything like co trolls and Bluetooth... So I want to keep it for know!!! I have the tools to pull the door and stuff is it a plug and play after that?

You will need speaker mount adapters for after market speakers. Also if you plan on replacing the speakers you will want speakers with a low RMS if you do not plan to run an amp.

If you are talking about the round speaker near the door release then yes those are speakers. And there should already be shitty tweeters mounted there.

Do a bit of research before you ask to many more questions. This site has a lot of guides, if you spend some time reading you will find the answers you are looking for. Here is a link to get you started..
