I have an access cab and it doesnt have the rear speakers in the door there in the headliner. What im wondering is if there is wiring already in place into the rear doors for speakers?...... so i could put in a new head unit and haopefully just plug right into the factory wiring if its in place. I realize i'd need new rear door panels or cut mine out

Probably not, but you'll never know until you pop some panels, its very easy and takes like 2 minutes.
