    hi im new to the forum and would like to ask you tacoma brothers a ? i have a 08 tacoma dc, i just installed a new kenwood deck and now i want to install a amp and sub but will a new sub and stock door speakers sound alright or should i replace the 6x9 componets for 6.5 componets? im kinnda confused about what should i install first door speaker or amp and sub ,any suggestions would be great thanks :)

    Step bars, billet grill with custom TOYOTA, MB Quart RSI 216 components, Hifonics ZXi 4410, RAAMmat deadened doors/back wall/roof covered with ensolite , 24" Magnaflow muffler, hand polished stock exhaust tip, tinted, OEM TRD Bilstiens all around with 1/4" spacers up front to level it out. Sport wheels added.

    It all depends on what you are trying to achieve? There is no correct answer here. I'd replace the fronts with a set of 6X9 components. But that's me. Many will tell you to do the 6 1/2's. Many couldn't tell the difference between the two.

    I replace the speakers with a set of 6 X 9 components, then add an amp, then a deck, then a sub. .02

    17in fj cruiser wheels satoshi grille with devil horns emblem Single in double out 50 series flowmaster with stainless tips Kenwod ddx512 double din touch screen DVD reciver with a single Rockford fosgate 12 in sub with an alpine amp tinted tail and third break light silverstar head and fog lights k&n drop in Billy 5100's on all 4 corners with a 2"AAL
    I have a kenwiod ddx512 with stock speakers and a 12 inch sub and it sounds fine. I do plan on replacing all the speakers when I have some extra cash
