Ok, a few years ago I lifted my truck and put on 285/75r16 tires. No problem. I ordered a hypertech inline speedometer calibrator. Again, no problem. Has worked great for years. Yesterday I regeared from 3.73 to 4.10. I then noticed the speedo was off due to different gears. So I removed it and reflashed it with the following info.: old tire size 245/75/16 new tire size 285/75/16 old gear ratio 3.73:1 new gear ratio 4.10:1. Then I reinstalled. Took a test run. Speedo is now off according to two gps units. When gps shows 80 speedo say 72. Any idea why it's off?? Thanks
