this tent should work on a 6 ft bed....i used my buddies tent for his f-150 with a 6ft bed on my dbl cab short bed...just had a little bit that was hanging off the end (if you really want it) slept ten times better in there than my buddies did in the trailer at deer camp this year....and i was fairly warm, the tent def keep heat in pretty well. here's a pic! not trying to jack the thread, just trying to help ya out!!

I will sell mine $125 shipped, mine isnt camo. Its the Sportz Tent II #44044 for the 6ft bed Its in great shape very little use.

 

I have the sports tent II. I was the only one in our group warm and dry a couple weekends back in the VA mountains... Where we had some snow and tons of rain!! Wife and I both love it... Then buy a weekender series air mattress for 70 ish bucks and you are set to go!!,!

question, I have a 5 ft bed but my air mattress is 6' (tailgate down). Will a 5' tent work for me or do I need a 6' tent if I want the tailgate down?

 

I have one of these tents for a 6ft bed and the tent "door" is at the end of the tailgate and the tent can only be setup with the tailgate down.

You need the tent for your 5' bed... which will extend all the way to the end of the tailgate keeping your air mattress inside the tent while the tailgate is down.
