Squeaky clutch fork

does anyone have tips on lubricating the clutch fork? Mine is squeaking. I used to just pull back the boot and spray white lithium grease in the hole but I don't really want to spray it all over my relatively new flywheel.

 

I can only guess your laying under the truck to listen to this ??

Do enough boating your clutch fork is under water quite a bit ??

I lubed mine 50,000 miles ago when my new at the time clutch went in.

Not sure just how you could get lube on the ball the only real part I ever lubed

A few small squirts of your favorite lube other then pulling things apart

Yeah I know the squeak, I've dealt with it before several years ago. At the time I sprayed in the hole a little bit with the help of my dad, using white lithium grease, and that shut it up for a long time. But now that I've got a new clutch and flywheel, I don't want to accidentally get any on the flywheel. No boating, truck has been a street queen ever since I moved to Nashville.
