Save yourself the headache and get the pucks installed before install. Other than the front bushing squeaking, I have no other squeaks from the leaf packs.
Going to do the Ghost Ship bushing replacement to get rid of the squeaks from the bushings.

Too much flexing over the last two years, probably too much weight for the springs, and a good possibility my traction bar may have had something to do with it.

    This and that...
In the same boat. Looked at mine and saw some pucks in between the leafs. On the OME site: B7EC71E4-B580-4895-A3BF-2E65160A06D0.jpg

“To allow installation of anti squeak liners” means not there though...? Guess anti friction pads are different... What are those pucks then...?

Edit: These are them. Doesn’t look like I need to add anything or at least take them apart for any of the other fixes.

I used two packs of the speedway 2 1/4” leaf liners on my hd pack I just installed and had left overs. I ran them in between all leafs from the anti friction pads to the metal plate spacer things in between each leaf.
I also ordered a set of the dobinson greasable bolts for the front bushing. I then drilled two holes through the metal bushing spacer to let grease get to all areas of the bushing.

I am in the early stages lifting my 2015 Tacoma. Already have Icon UCA Delta Joints and SCS Ray 10 wheels in the garage. Next purchase is King or Icon Suspension.

Here is what I gathered from a bunch of research. I will most likely purchase OME Dakars as well.

    1. Buy 2 sets of leaf liners. Undo all leafs and put the liners inbetween them.
    2. I will buy 8 original toyota rubber leaf bushings (they come in hales). They are about $8 each.

This I am sure will give me an original quiet rear leaf pack.

2 sets of leaf liners and I am not sure about the leaf bushings. I’d be inclined to stick w the Dakar ones as they are greasable.

They are greasable being they make noise. OEM bushings are not because they are quiet and don't need any grease.

Pop quiz. Anyone got the zerk size on the pin? One fell out right after I left the shop and installed. Probably not screwed in all the way. Need a new one....

Was there a particular speed/rpm or was it all the time?

Lookie what I just got. Called ARB last week to complain about the squeaking on my 2 years old Dakars. I was really just looking for part numbers for the retainer clip liners and isolators but they gave me this today for free. And threw in shims, ubolts and bushings too because I picked it up in Auburn, WA so they saved in shipping IMG_2430.jpg

Did you have to provide a receipt for purchase? I bought mine new but second hand and I wonder how they would feel about it if I called to complain as well.

Yes I had to. But I got the first set fully reimbursed by Toyota as part of their leaf spring recall. Win win because they saved money versus paying the dealer and I got Dakars instead of stock garbage. So this is my second free set of Dakars:D

They were insisting on a receipt which I couldn't find at first. Look, otherwise they could end up warranty-ing the same springs twice or more if I sold you my old set now.
And I will sell it, or refurbish it because it's still in great shape (and that was my original plan) and just sell the brand new set. Haven't decided yet

If I had the number of the guy I bought them from I bet he could get me a receipt. Oh well not looking for anything free just to stop the squeak. Maybe I’ll call and just see what they say.
