PS pump, PS cooler, and radiator installed. Went ahead and welded up those cracks while I was at it.

Test drive was a success. Didn't realize the steering could be that light. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my time and money on those Napa reman pumps...

I'm guessing the cooler is just plumbed into the return line?

Yes. Your 4 banger is probably different, but I have a hard line on the frame, and there was only a short section of soft line to the reservoir. I just went from that hard line to the cooler, and then back to the reservoir

I need to do that, my reman pump is whining and I don't want to fuck up my new rack. Do you have an inline filter? I put one on when I put the reman on, but now I regret it. I'd probably need to replace the whole line to get the length back. Maybe I'll do the cooler when I do that.

    No filter.

I was looking at mine while finishing it up, and was thinking there would be way more stuff to have to relocate and mount than yours. :notsure:

As it keeps getting worse I'll think about what I can do, but wonder if I can beef up the core support without replacing all the fender liners and stuff.

I do close the tailgate and hatch.

I could still get out the back window of the camper, or the side panels of the camper.
