They shipped out the new one right away. Think you have 40 days or so to return the core. You're also responsible for return shipping, but they have an option of include a label, which is what I did.

OK, I rub. Not all that bad though, there's a few places I need to add some clearance, including on the top/front of the wheel well. Also need axle relocation plates to push the axle back an inch or so. Rubbing just a bit in the front of the rear wheel well.

Seems to be in very good condition. Shoot me a text if you want it. I'll drop it off on one of my drvies.

Worked on wiring and installing the lights on my swingout today. First was to run the wires to the back. Ran a 14ga wire straight from the battery in case I want to add anything else back there. Relay is tucked up behind the taillight:

    IMAG0852_zpsy1nuisud_6848a1308d6c8409f4eedc22bdc3854c208bff30.jpg

    Taped it up and installed:

    IMAG0853_zpsibclsumt_06e0ed9dd481b0e462b8b742721d84918c4e7ffb.jpg

Here's the only places I really found for the lights:

Ended up removing the reflector panel from the light behind the tire. Turned it from a spot to a very wide flood. Looks a little funny as you're looking at a circuit board, but actually worked out pretty well.

    good idea on the reflector.
pretty sure the style of reflector is the only difference between spot and flood

Just wish there was an inbetween. Without any reflector, it makes a very wide flood. Which actually works well in that location. But I still have too much of a spot for the backup light. That's the biggest downfall of these cheap lights, way to acute of a beam angle. I guess you could cut like 3 of the reflectors out, have a half spot have very wide flood.

wad up some tinfoil to get it all crinkly then flatten it back out and cover the original reflector with it, cut out the holes and replace it

Stock grill back on. Deciding whether to color match it or go black. Been tossing around the idea of color matching the bumper too. Going to throw a 30" LED bar on the front soon as well.

Color match the grille (and corner light trim), leave the bumper black.
