2005 Tacoma Sport SB

Does anyone have the actual TSB that can be emailed?

I've got a 2005 Tacoma Sport SB that had the squeek issue and they eventually changed out the clutch assembly as they couldn't get the squeek to stop. Now with the replacement I have a clutch that doesn't engage till the top 2 inches of the throw. Toyota service states they can't adjust the clutch engagement.

Anyone had similar issues?
