    None - yet.
It's been doing this for a couple of weeks figured I'd start here before calling the dealer to see if there's a quick fix. Only 2200 miles on it and already a warning light...

Doesn't seem to be on when I have a passenger. I'm thinking it's a small malfunction or short but any input is welcome!

It could be a malfunction or what I've noticed is when you place a heavy bag on the seat, it will trick the system into thinking there's someone there. Otherwise, it could be wired incorrectly.

I set my shopping basket filled with can goods on my passenger seat and have never seen that light. If I did I would be messing with the wires under the seat to see if I could disable it.

Also set my laundry basket on the seat. Never seen that light.

Are you a large fella or sit kinda sideways in the seat? I know old systems used to detect things in the way of the side airbags and trigger the light. Made interesting talk when a very large person was on a test drive.

If not.. time to go to the dealer.

I guess your information is more current, because in my 06' Tundra, it happens to be the case, but I also placed around 70 lbs of items that time.

Don't listen to these people. That's not a passenger presents system indicator. The computer is seeing a fault somewhere in your safety restraint system, could be numerous things. You need to take it to the dealers to have them scan the code. Don't wait, if you get into an accident with the light on the airbags will not deploy! Take it in now. Hopefully it's just a sensor failure, either way they will probably need to order a part, so expect a rental

If something get stuck under the pasenger seat or impacts it, it throws out calibration. We see it a lot when there are childs seats behind the passenger seat and the kids constantly kicking the seat.

Ive owned my truck for about 6 months now and mine just came on. I am a large fellow so would it have taken this long for something to trip? Ive looked under the seat and all the connections seem to be connected and in good shape. I have an appointment at the dealer tomorrow.

My friend was jumping around in my passenger seat one time and the light came on like that and when I took it to the dealer they recalibrated the passenger sensors under the seat and it was covered under warranty.
