I saw that, but what I don't like about sos's bumper is that it fits more inside of where the old vailence it. SSO's goes just a hair past and above it. Hiding the old clip locations.

Yeah I noticed that, I think SoS is supplying a strip of trim to cover it up.

You are actually thinking of how our bumper fits. Ours is the only one that is designed to cover the cuts in the plastic. All of the other brands fit inside the cut area.

I do like yours, but by time time I get it into Canada it costs to much! :pout:
This is more what I was referring to:

SOS's bumper, you can see the old clip locations above it.
    0603171441-01__88317.1498355274.1280.1280.jpg

SSO's bumper, seemes to be just a little wider, and a little taller, requiring the clips to be cut out.

Oh ok now i see what you are talking about. Shipping to Canada really isn't that expensive and it ships FedEx ground straight to your house so you wont have to pay any broker fees like you would have to with a freight shipment. I do understand you guys have taxes, duties and exchange rates that drive up the final price though.

Yeah I see your point, but the SoS bumper pictured doesn't have the trim to cover where the clips were, that is now supplied with the bumper. Also, SoS offers Aluminum, which I wanted.

    I
It's really brutal, a 650 (US) part ends up costing me about 1200 Canadian. By the time you add in shipping and taxes, then the ezchanex rate. Also There no fabrication of parts up here like the US has .

Yeah, if only I didn't live on Vancouver Island. It costs me 75$ to get off or on this rock! Cheepest option is to ship it to Blane Washington. Then a company called seawings brings across to the island. Costing me about ¢45 (CAD) per pound.

Hmm the TW express was not something I had thought of. It's a possibility when I order it...
I will be headed to the states on a road trip in April, but won't have time to install the dang thing... Or room to haul it back.

@C4, love your version of this bumper but would really like it with a front hitch. Any options?

I went with the @SouthernStyleOffRoad option, Smittybilt X2O winch, and Heise light bar. The bumper is an amazing product. I love how it came out.

See here for a detailed write-up that I did and more photos.
