If you're serious, we can start a pre-order. I could probably have them ready to ship in 3-4 weeks. Here's the real picture from @MassAppeal16 's install this weekend.

All stainless, $199-229 shipped. Practically giving these away.

 

Very easy install. Well made too. Powder coat was perfect. Not really a flat black but not really a gloss either oddly enough. Lines matched up evenly all the way around. Came with all black hardware and slim bolts like I had asked for. The first one came with the usually bolts you see on most other grilles like this. Well worth the $200! Awesome job @customcargrills. He even replied to my texts within like 2 minutes when I had suggestions. Top notch service.

 

So, no 2016-17 owners are interested at all? I'm open to suggestions if it's a styling issue. Pricewise, this is the cheapest I've seen a stainless grille for and I've got 20 in stock and ready to ship within a day. I guess everyone just goes with the china fauxpro nowadays

For the 2018-19 owners, I'll gladly make one but we'll need a deposit to get the ball rolling and a minimum of 10 people interested.

 

The blank grill just looks a big gaping hole.

 

We do have a more closed off design here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...w-hood-headlight-fog-light-pieces-too.394542/ but those have completely fallen out of fashion it seems. I'd frequently get calls or emails asking for a bezel-less design, stainless instead of aluminum, a bigger mesh pattern, and a cheaper price. This new one I thought might solve those issues. I guess I figured wrong, idk what people want anymore.

 

Hey, variety is the spice of life. One thing I think all of TW agrees upon, we all want options. You're def giving that to us.

 

New Taco owner here and I would definitely be interested in a 2016 "TACOMA"

Just curious if there would be a plate or piece behind the letters that would give me the ability to customize a color?

The plate we have in stock is available either in raw aluminum or powder coated black. It's removable if you'd want to customize the color.

If you want "TACOMA" lettering, I can make a batch of those, but it would need to be some sort of group buy scenario to keep the pricing the same ($229 shipped). If we can't get a group buy going, then it would be $329 shipped.

 

Do you have any of these without paint or powder coat? I ask because I would be interested in a raw grill that I can take to my powder coater and use the leftover powder from my past parts they are holding onto for me, and to color match my other parts; thanks

 

I've already powder coated all 20 of these, but I could cut a raw stainless one if you want.

 

Interested as well. I have a 2018 with TSS. Due to the style of bumper I have I need the higher mounting point for the TSS like in the Sport grill not the lower mounting point like that Pro grill
