When Bob saved my DIY threads as member "misc" something happened to every single one I had. Ive been to lazy to redo any of them :D

One day Ill clean up my computer and file all the albums. Right now I have about 200 files and they only have dates on them with no descriptions.

Bumping this. My balls are squeaky as hell; might be time for a rebuild?

What's the process for that? Preferably something I can do with them on the truck?!

It looks like some of the pics on the OP have changed.

You can certainly try to, but it might be a PITA to try and do everything with such little space.

You would have disconnect the UCA from the spindle and get a ball joint press in there.

BJ press like this one or you can rent for free from any automotive store.

But just want to point out that the UCA only has 2 bolts and you’re already halfway in taking it out when you disconnect the spindle from it. I would save yourself the heartache and take em out to swap the uniballs

Update: Icon makes a kit for doing the replacement on the truck. It's essentially two cups and a bolt to push them out, then you reverse the setup to install the new one. Makes the job super simple.
