okay i backed out of my driveway this morning and when i went to shift into drive the truck died on me...just shut off?

    what would cause this?

also i feel as tho when i start accelerating from a dead stop there is a vibration only in first gear?

is it me or the truck?

    getting there....
you may need to have the computer reflashed. or.....could be a faulty fuel pump. kind of intermittent........if it happens again, you may need to take it to the dealer, even if it doesnt throw a cel!!

Yeah that why I asked his truck details. The stalling if you don't think you caused it could be the fuel pump, I heard some have cut out prematurely. I don't know how the dealer can troubleshoot it without it all out failing as some have reported. Man, that new, get it checked out!

If you were still rolling backwards and put it in "D", the engine may have stalled out just because they will do that if you are rolling backwards still.
