Starter Problems.

    OK so recently my starter has been acting up. When I go to start it it goes click then I try again and it goes click then it'll start up on the 3rd try. The other day I tried starting it and the starter solenoid stuck ( the weirdest thing ever ) and I turned the key off and it kept going. I had to unplug the battery very quickly and go and hit the solenoid a couple times to un-stick it. But I think that was due to my battery going bad because I had to put a new battery in it today but it still did the click thing. By the way the click thing is randomly not all the time. Can somebody help? Truck has 76000 miles on it.

    It may just be the starter contacts. It is a cheap and easy fix.

    You should be able to just replace the solenoid....

    Or go and get another starter.
