I did a search but found nothing.

-My old phone (non-smart “standard” phone) worked perfectly for a whole year.
-My roommate’s blackberry paired up and sounded perfect (yes, I deleted it off the list.)
-I returned my Samsung Intercept because of the static, the replacement phone did exactly the same thing.

I searched android marketplace for apps, patches, or ??? that would help me.

I am past the time where I can return the phone for a refund.

I thought bluetooth technology was pretty generic, can anyone help me?

Well no responses, but for the record, I used it a bunch of times, each time it was less and less scratchy. Maybe it had to “learn” something.

I had the phone in the lower front rubber cup holders, there used to be a pile of change next to it, not sure if that affected anything.
