I have a 96 Tacoma and need a new steering gear rack. I have found a lot at salvage yards for 01/96 and up, but I looked at my sticker on the drivers side door panel and it says my truck was manufactured in 09/95. Unfortunately I cant find any racks anywhere for this date. Is there really a difference between 4 months of production? or can i just safely get the racks that fit the 01/96 and up?
Thanks so much for all help!!
