Steering rack rebuild shop

Does anyone know of a shop the rebuilds steering racks in the greater phx area ?
I found one shop the sells rebuilds but I'd like to have mine rebuilt. The top seal is leaking and requires a special tool to remove.
Or dose anyone have any experience with.

I used to buy CV axles from them for my FJ. They have rebuilt ones in stock. Mine were longer so they were dropped off and rebuilt. I believe you could request them to rebuild yours and not exchange.

 

Phoenix Rack and Axle is great. Got a number of parts from them over the years.
