    just a few things.
I would not recommend you to adjust caster with out a machine because it affects the camber also

Hate to jump in on this. Have you done any major things to your truck to need to get an alignment, like lifting it, putting larger tires on it? look at this site read #16 https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/alignment-cant-adjust-caster-camber.48667/

Caster will throw off your toe too.
When I do mine. I do Caster, Camber, Toe, drive it around the neighborhood, make small adjustments, straighten steering wheel and double check everything.

No . I havent done any lifts or anything like that. The one and only thing that I got the dealer to do was the spring tsb a few years back. I dont think they had to make any changes to the front springs. or did they?

You're dealing with an idiot that's taking too many short cuts or just doesn't know what's he's doing. You need to go online and find a competent shop that can do a thorough alignment. Weather it's a body shop or a garage, that specializes in alignment & suspensions. This is a good video that they explain in detail about first checking and aligning the rear wheels. Then in this order of steps of doing the proper alignment, first CAMBER, second CASTER, and then third TOE in that order. Who ever does it ask for a print out of before and after. If they give you B.S. about they don't have a printer or it's broke go somewhere else. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SKvTnS98AY

That's great for $100, but don't pay the SOB until you're happy with it. Test drive it to make sure, then pay!
