OK he has a 4cyl single cab. Do they have the bracing and shit my DC has? He has to cut EVERYTHING out to fit that box if so... I used a shared space box but stuck my amp in there taking up space with bracing removed. I have .625 cubes per woofer... he is trying to fit huge subs and massive airspace for ported teenager style bass head bass. I dont think he has the room for that. I been chatting with this kid for a while. He does not know a lot other than the fact he wants some huge bass and for it to not be distorted. I reccomended 2 13.5" JL slim subs and 1000 watt amp. He thinks that wont be enough... I told him the car is too small for more and the in cabin gain is all wrong since its so small for deep note reinforcement. He posts about 3 posts a day in here... Im suprised you have not noticed him before. I think he is stuck in Hawaii so shipping and internet buying is expensive and limited shops or vehicles to listen to. I hope that explains enough for you guys to point him in the right direction.

I have came to realize this after a few posts. He also posts way too much, with incomplete information, which makes helping very difficult...

Pink - The BM is a good sub. The JL is a good sub. You do not have enough airspace to port anything worth porting. Get a pair of either the BM or the JL, put it in a sealed box, and wang on it. That is why I would suggest the JL, better warranty, from my understanding.

If you decide its not enough bass, man up and do a blow thru with a tonneau cover. Or get a different vehicle.

how bout he swap out the bench seat and put in buckets. maybe he can build a center console box with a regular sub. i don't how much space he would have in the center console.

he wants to run rainbow germaniums for speakers, but where would he have space to run a second amp if he does the 2 jls and the sub amp.

Cone area, ports, depth, airspace... this makes for huge bass. Since you can't do that without cutting a hole into your bed, the JL TW5 subs and a 1000 Watt amp is your best bet. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. YOU will have plenty of bass... perhaps the Guy in the car next to you wont have his car shaking, but you will hear and feel plenty. It would be too much for me. If you just do it you will be happy, trust me. Don't get hung up on reviews and numbers.

2 JL slims beats any single 10" in the center console. He can fit one amp in his box like mine. Another amp can fit under seat.

    Shitty box pic.

A lot like a sub. Similar to the SI Mag v.4 I had in the car previously. Or the peerless, or the RE SE but with less distortion.

Its a sub. It plays 2octaves that the human ears barely hear, in an area too small for a good listening enviroment, which leads to massive cabin gain.

Just buy one of them. If you dong like em, try the next pair...

They have "some" internet. No youtube, facebook, or fun loving sites. All of my forums seem to be working though and I'd guess that has to do with the fact that they're not big enough for the Chinese government to care about them.
