nerf bars, bull bar, stereo & speakers

Just bought a 06 SR5 Double cab, LOVE the truck but the stereo is weak. I have the 6-cd changer. Can you guys please reccomend how best to upgrade. I would like to keep deck unit, but can I can an ipod jack, better speakers, maybe even small powered sub??
