anyone else have a pop n lock that sticks?
Sometimes mine needs to be unlocked when it's not locked. I can open it and then close it and not be able to open it up again without the key.
i had to grease it when i installed it a few about a month ago too.

Did it always do this or start after say exposure to water & salt?
My first one stopped working after about a yr even keeping it greased/graphited. There was a lot of corrosion on the backside of the lock mechanism once I took the plastic off the tailgate to replace it with a new one. This time I sprayed a lot of lithium grease on the inside spring. Not sure if this helps or not.
