    PRODUCT DETAILS
    • Description:
Want the best "bang for your buck" when it comes to intakes? Look no further! The Stock Air Box Mod or "SABM" is what you're looking for. This kit includes everything needed to modify your factory lower intake box with a 2nd intake tube directly into the fender area. This modification has been dyno proven to add more power to your truck and improve MPG's for a fraction of the cost of aftermarket intakes. It's also compatible with the TRD intake since the TRD unit reuses the stock lower portion of the intake box. Available in black, red or blue.

Sounds like it can be legit, but idk about routing the intake lower than it already is in fear of sucking up dust/moister/water

Essential, it’s like one of the main part on the trd CAI. I think Toyota calls it the “inductor” or something. I think it’s like 40 or 60$. I know some people just install that piece with a trd filter instead of buying the whole trd cai.
