Hoping for some clarification. Trying to understand the differences in Off Road and Sport for attaching front shackle points.

Can you even get 2 shackles to the front of a Tacoma while keeping it stock?
I see the Off Road has stock points on passenger and drivers side, however they are both different styles.
Sport has just 1 point on drivers side stock?

Only option is a bracket BP Fabricators make? like https://www.bpfabricating.com/collections/tacoma/products/tacoma-recovery-tow-hook
Or drill into frame for generic Amazon brackets like these:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...2f5-9ae91aab54f2&pf_rd_r=5GRBTJ8QXEJK8QR40X1A

Of course best option is a new front bumper like C4:

    Thanks.

Pretty sure the drivers side on the OR isn’t a recovery point. Think it’s used as a tie down when the trucks are hauled.

I think ARB makes a tested one.

This. Expensive. But proven in the field.

The loop on the drivers side it for pulling the vehicle up onto a flat deck and the passenger side is for recovery. The sport has the recovery hook too, it’s just hiding behind the chin spoiler.
