I have done both the 6 piston fronts and the rears. The brakes will certainly function with all other OEM parts, however, it is a VERY nice addition to the kit to add the Sequoia master cylinder as well and didn't take too terribly long either. The brakes will work better than OEM without it, and then they will work a little better than that with the master cylinder installed while also giving you a really firm pedal and nice feedback from the brakes. When I did just the brakes and no master, after confirming I had no leaks and bleeding the system twice to be sure, my pedal was really weak and if I pushed hard it would go near the floor. It would still have pressure there, not like it would go straight through, just the OEM master doesn't move quite enough fluid so you end up over traveling it, which would eventually lead to its demise.

Write up on M/C install is available through my Big Ole' Brake Upgrade thread! Post #72: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/big-ole-brake-upgrade-thread-for-third-gens.525568/page-4

I have a heavy rig on 35s and it stops very well. Personally I think this kit is worth the money.

It was an average Wednesday night. The rotor backing are working on a little dynamic machining. If the noise doesn’t go away by Saturday i will be pulling the hubs and putting in the spacer.

So, I see the 323 (16” BBK) for the front:
I don’t see a matching option for the rear.

Did I miss something or does it not exist?

I’m specifically trying to determine if there is an option that will fit under 16” wheels.

Send Tom at SOS an email, he’ll respond quickly. The rear calipers are considerably smaller, my guess is yes.

You bet. I have the regular rear conversion and it’s a nice upgrade.
