So my car hasn't been running and i've had my car under a car cover outside for awhile (6 months)

Lately i've noticed a lot of silverfish around there with spiders..

Is there any cause for concern as to what the silverfish may damage on my car? I know they like glue and stuff so not sure if anybody knows exactly what i'm feeling? I just get paranoid when i see bugs around there.

A neighborhood cat occasionally rests there too.

They like sugars, so the glue they're attracted to is the stuff that holds paper or wood together, not vinyl or plastics. Watt maker has a good point, especially when it comes to rodents. They can be pretty destructive, chewing hard-to-get-to wires and storing their food in places like a vehicle's engine air intake box.

thanks for the feedback everyone. i haven't noticed any chewed wires yet. However i did notice a cat that liked to sit on top of the cover (which i dont mind since they eat rodents)
