ive recently been getting popping noises from my front left suspension, sometimes the same noises come from the right too. It sounds just like a loose sway bar. But, I've checked and re checked that.

The popping noises normally sound off when I hit small bumps or dips. It's very apparent while turning and hitting a small dip.

I've already done tons of searching. I've re torqued my LCA bolts, swaybar end links and mounting brackets, and checked just about everything else. It's been 2-3 days of wrenching and trying to find a fix. I'm running a 2" lift via fox 2.5 coilovers in front. Any other ideas on what I can check out?

Bad body mount bushings, especially at the radiator crossmember, is a common cause of your symptoms.

I'll check that. Didn't think of that at all. I've been looking mostly at moving suspension parts.

    Thanks!

Yes; the consensus is they are not properly installed/torqued from the factory.
I'm at 10,000; getting ready to do mine...

I've got the same thing on my second gen, I haven't done it yet but someone found that on his the lower shock bolt was over tightened and caused it to bind over little bumps especially when turning.

I'm getting a similar noise too and I can feel it through the floor boards. It's only happened a handful of times when it's been under 10 degrees out.

    Thanks everyone.

Ordered a set of the energy suspension body mount bushings. Hopefully that'll fix things up!

I have the same symptoms as yours and it was the radiator bushing that sit on the frame , i have loose the bolt of the bushing , turn the bushing a little ,tightened the bolt and the problem was gone .

The noise was present when the front wheel ,left or right, hit a bump and resonate in the floor...hope it helps..

For my case ,i didnt change the bushings, just loose the bolt and reseat the bushing on the frame and tighted up,i have also check the bolt of the frame that support the radiator,i think its 2 or 3 X 10mm on both side that goes into the front wheel well behind the headlight they where loose....

Its a little hard to get to bushing ,because the nut is under the wheel well near the upper suspension arm and you need another tool to block the bolt ....

My english is not perfect sorry guys...
