I don't know if this is common but everytime I go to start my 07 taco it turns over at least 3-4 times. Every now and then after it turns over it seems like the engine barely starts, it almost feel like it's chugging to get fuel or something. Any advise?

I had a hard time starting my 07 after I bought it. There's a tsb the dealer can do that takes care of it.
