    just changed struts and shocks on 98 tacoma was not as hard as everybody was telling me it would be!!!:)

    Which method did you use to change them? What brand of strut did you replace the old ones with?

    monroe sensa trac. just follow instructions. not that hard, doesn't take as long as i through!

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    I don't know who you talked to but removing the shocks is very simple.

    4 bolts and it's off now compressing the spring can be a pain if you've never done it.
