Nice thing was I got the truck for $4000

    Man, you got lucky! I had an S10 before I got my yota. I completely locked up my engine doing that. Ended up having to pull the plugs on the trail and get all the water out. Luckily I didn't break a rod or something, but it never ran the same after, screwed up a bunch of sensors.

    After getting pulled out of something that bad, I think the least of your worries would be the frame. I'd be more worried about the motor being mud-locked, nevermind hydro-locked. :D

    noticed this after taking my boat out the other day, talked to my friend earlier today who works for the parks dept, and yes hes the one who got it stuck

    anyhow they actually had 2 tractors stuck ... too bad i dont have pics of that, they basically called it a day and got this one out the next day

    played disc golf with guy who got it stuck today, and its a 2wd backhoe and it was near the end of the day, they got it out the next day using the buckets and boards

    from last year in my old truck

    truck was too long to make it across the creek ... scouted it and seemed like id be fine, then the front bumper hit on the way in and so i give it some gas next thing i know im hung up on the rear bumper

    gotta love a yota showing up 15 mins later while im stacking rocks under the tire .... didnt want to abandon rig and come back and its pushed into the creek or something, no cell reception at at least 6 miles from the last place i know i had it, laugh all you guys it wasnt washed out that deep 2 weeks before that

    ^^^^ That is why you wheel with friends. :D Or don't try crossing muddy water filled ditches without going to extreme measures to make sure you won't get stuck.

    like i said i had crossed that portion 2 weeks prior and it had about that much water in it so i didnt think it had eroded

    and yes the diff fluid got changed

    Doubt it eroded.. I'm guessing someone was playing around and dug it out..

    That was pretty much stock? :D I see a Hi-lift, sliders, not-so-stock tires and possibly a lift... sooo stock? no.. stuck.. certainly :p Well done lol
