Figured I'd post some pics of my new sub box for my '08 double cab. Don't mind the woofer, it's temporary. It will be replaced shortly with some sort of shallow mount. Although it actually performs quite well. I'm very pleased with it.

I'd have to pull it back out for the measurements. Can't remember them all on the top of my head. It took all day to build! The back of it is crazy.

Yes it's a 10" and yes it's wood. All MDF. Mostly 1/2" with some portions actually 1/4". Fits super snug and sounds really good. Braced it well internally and stuffed it with polyfill. It's roughly .5 cu. ft.

That is a good looking box. I would pay you to build one of those for my 2011 double cab.

Yes Dylan, same Drew from YFZTech and Planetsand.
And yes, I was a car audio installer for over 10 years.
The box is roughly .5 cu. ft. I would probably charge about
$200.00 to build one. It sounds pretty nice, even with this sub
In it. It should be even better with a Kicker shallow
mount which will be coming real soon.

That's what I have in mine, a CVT 10 4ohm. Still amazed at how well this shallow sub sounds!

Right on man. I am dylan187 on tech. Small world. Lol.

Look into the Sundown SD-2 10". That what I have and it sounds great. Only 4.75" depth.
